When I arrive...Thank you for this encouraging post. When I arrived back in Charlotte in July, my physical was perfect - all the values were great and normal. But, while I wasn't much overweight, I felt like I should get in the best health I can be. So, since July, I have lost 20lbs while putting on muscle - and I feel great. I did this exactly because of the reasons you listed above - do it while you're well, and you won't regret it later!
